We are excited to announce our partnership with RFC Capital to transform a 41-unit complex in San Diego into a modern and upgraded living community. This project marks a significant advancement in the commercial multi-family space as we aim to meet the growing demand for micro units. Alongside the renovation of the existing units, we are thrilled to add 11 brand new Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to the property. These ADUs will cater to the increasing trend of smaller, more efficient living spaces, providing a unique opportunity for residents seeking a convenient and contemporary lifestyle. With this venture, we are committed to enhancing the housing options in the San Diego market and delivering a high-quality living experience for our future residents.

We proudly present the complete transformation of a formerly unpermitted, outdated, and inefficient three-unit system into a modern asset. Our comprehensive renovation included the addition of a bedroom to increase property value, alongside obtaining permits for two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on-site.
